I specialized in selling QuickBooks and financial management tools, guiding clients through their options and increasing product adoption. It wasn’t just about selling software—it was about understanding their pain points and helping them make smarter financial decisions.

I started the Digital Analytics Training program with CXL Institute in 2024 to deepen my understanding of how data shapes marketing and sales decisions. This training focuses on using analytics to track performance, optimize strategies, and drive better results.

 

Through this program, I’m learning how to interpret data, work with tools like Google Analytics, and turn insights into actionable business strategies. While I haven’t completed the full program yet, the knowledge I’ve gained so far has already strengthened my ability to make informed, data-driven decisions in sales and marketing.

IMX Innermetric Training

This training provided a deeper understanding of behavioral styles, communication preferences, and decision-making processes—key factors in successful sales interactions. The DISC Index Behavioral Profiling system helps identify different personality types, allowing me to adapt my approach based on how prospects think and what drives their decisions.
